David has spent seven years in prison for killing his wife — a crime he says he didn’t commit. Now he has been released on a legal technicality, and wouldn’t you know it, lots of people involved with the case have dangerous secrets. There are only four episodes (they come out weekly), but there’s still a lot of interpersonal thriller crammed in here; a lot of anxious, jangly phone-ringing and concerned pouting; and some juicy twists. As far as low-commitment mysteries go, this is a solid one. — Margaret Lyons
